Developing a child's moral development shapes their decision-making processes and helps them to choose between what is right/fair and what is wrong/unfair. A parent can help a child's moral development by:
Teaching their child how to share with other children by attending birthday parties/playing games at home
Teaching their child how to share through family activities such as mealtimes, taking turns for watching T.V.
Teaching their child manners such as please, thank you when asking or returning items borrowed
Leading by example to show their child values such as honesty, respect, responsibility, patience, forgiveness
